When you go to a nice resort, don't you always like to know if it's "all inclusive?" When your friends come back from some fancy place don't they always include "Oh yeah, it was all-inclusive baby."
Such a thing exists when you ship your car with us...
Back when there were Yugos around, we used the analogy of the price difference between a Yugo and a Mercedes Benz. If you’re looking for quality, you're going to choose the Mercedes… well, it’s the same in the world of auto transport. There are plenty of Yugos out there. For those that have never experienced such a thing, please hear me “take the time to do some research on each company you have contacted”. It will blow your mind and though it may cause some confusion at first it will save you a tremendous headache if you choose not to take that time and choose the wrong auto transport company. Your car is more than likely your 2nd most valuable asset next to your home. Why entrust your vehicle with a company that has quoted you a price that sounds “too good to be true”. Trust me… if it sounds that way it probably is. If you are receiving rates “half the price” of our's, these people are cutting corners and you will pay more, one way or another. Perhaps instead of asking those with higher prices, ask the cheaper companies how they can do it for so much less. Just for a moment, close your eyes and think... If you were a truck driver wouldn’t you take the freight that pays $1000 before you’d take the same vehicle that pays only $700? Do you really want a company with 117 complaints with the Better Business Bureau to take your car for 7-14 days from one side of the country to the next simply because they quoted you $200 less than the company with an “A” rating and no complaints with the BBB? Oh and wait, here’s the best response of all “I could drive it there for a lot less”… well, by all means, the open highway awaits and Motel 6 even said “they’ll leave the light on”. I don’t mean to sound heartless, I’m simply trying to get people to understand that shipping a vehicle is a luxury. It’s certainly not a necessity but if you care about your car, why trust it an organization that has horrible customer service, several complaints with the BBB, bad reviews on various websites, etc.. If a customer has taken the time to write a review or write to the BBB they must have had one heck of an experience…good or bad. I think that speaks volumes. We are not an “a la carte” auto transport company where you can choose various service features. The difference is we are a “full service” auto transport broker that specializes in corporate relocations. These types of customers have very high expectations and therefore we meet those expectations by hiring the premium carriers and making our rates “all inclusive”. We never subtract things like insurance, guaranteed delivery, door to door pick up, etc from our service/pricing. The only thing we don't give you is one of those plastic wristbands ... and the sunburn. |

Upon giving out a price, we often get the “Wow! Why is it so expensive” or “I’ve received quotes that are hundreds of dollars less than yours”. Then we gently explain why this happens. So wanting to help make you a smarter consumer, we're posting a response to your objective -- before you make it!
